Terms of use
Rules for browsing Kolorshift and using its interactive preview, with a clear distinction between the web demonstration and the mobile app.
Purpose and scope
These terms cover the Kolorshift presentation website, catalogue, copy and interactive previews. They are not a sales contract or validation of every phone. The publisher is Suivre sa santé, established in France; its details appear in the legal notice.
Future app use and store purchases will be accompanied by the terms and information applicable to that process. These terms do not remove any mandatory rights you may have.
Accessing the website
Browsing the website and its demonstration does not require an account. Access depends on your connection, browser and device capabilities. The interactive renderer uses the graphics processor when available.
Maintenance, an error or a browser limitation may affect display. Report a difficulty to contact@kolorshift.app, describing the page and problem without sending unnecessary private data.
What the demonstration shows
Reference photographs let you compare looks on the same scene. Preview adjustment sliders change the “after” side; the original provides a point of comparison. The website works with JPEG previews and does not perform your phone’s native RAW development.
The display, colour management, source photograph and browser influence what you see. An optical illustration explains an effect; it is not a validation photograph or a physical film measurement.
Catalogue and emulations
The catalogue presents 46 references from nine manufacturers, including 44 active looks. CineStill 50D and Polaroid Color SX-70 remain in development. A pending profile is not replaced by another film’s profile.
The looks are documented emulations and creative interpretations. They do not guarantee a result identical to a physical emulsion, a scan or third-party software. A film’s stated ISO describes the original film, rather than setting the phone sensor.
App and compatibility
Kolorshift combines photography with a film look in the viewfinder, photo import and editing after capture. Advanced optical effects are adjusted after the shot. Lenses, resolution, flash and RAW capture vary with the capabilities exposed on the device.
Importing a compatible RAW and capturing RAW are separate features. Software prerequisites do not guarantee access to every camera module on every model. The beta and its controls may still evolve.
Offers and no purchases on this website
Four looks are free: Kodak Gold 200, Kodak Ektachrome E100, Fujifilm Provia 100F and Kodak VISION3 500T. Other active looks are labelled Pro.
The planned Pro offer is €4.99 per month or €50 for lifetime access, as alternative options. Localised prices and purchase conditions must be shown by the store before confirmation. No payment, subscription or purchase commitment is concluded on this website. No public release date has been announced.
Photographs, copy and licences
Website photographs, illustrations, graphics and copy are protected under the rights applicable to them. Viewing them does not transfer ownership or a general right to reuse them. Reproduction outside legally permitted uses requires permission or an applicable licence.
Third-party data and profiles retain the notices and rights provided by their licences, available in “Data and licences”. Those licences govern the relevant elements. Manufacturer names and trademarks remain their owners’ property and are not presented as Kolorshift partners.
Respectful use of the service
Use browsing and demonstration features without trying to disrupt the service, bypass its protections or access data you are not authorised to access. Legitimate technical research remains subject to applicable law.
In the app, use photographs you have the right to process and share. You keep the rights you hold in your images. The rights of photographed people and any required permission to publish must still be respected.
Links and external services
Some links lead to technical sources, manufacturers or public authorities. Visiting those websites means their own terms and privacy policies apply.
A documentary link does not mean the organisation endorses or certifies Kolorshift. The website never asks you to submit a private-beta code or store identifier on a public page.
Information and responsibility
The publisher aims to provide accurate, understandable and current information. Documented limits of looks, hardware and file formats are part of the product presentation. Please report an error so it can be corrected.
These terms contain no blanket waiver of your remedies and do not exclude liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. They also do not promise a complete absence of errors, interruptions or differences in rendering.
Updates and resolving difficulties
These terms may evolve with the website and product. The version date identifies the text you are reading. A website update does not retroactively accept a new purchase on your behalf.
For any difficulty, first contact contact@kolorshift.app. French law governs these terms without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of residence. No exclusive court jurisdiction is imposed here. Version dated 27 October 2026.
