Understand what stays on your device, what the website uses and how to stay in control of your data. This policy distinguishes the presentation website from the Kolorshift app.

Who is responsible for the data?

The data controller is Suivre sa santé, operating as an French micro-entrepreneur business in Vendée, France. For data questions or rights requests, write to contact@kolorshift.app.

The website and interactive preview

The website lets you browse films and compare their looks using the reference photographs it provides. It does not ask you to upload your images or create a user account. Preview adjustments are calculated in your browser.

Photographs, illustrations, fonts and the required profiles are loaded from the website’s own files. This version includes no advertising tool, photographic tracking tool or tracking social button. It has no purchase form or active waiting list.

Your language choice

The website stores only the selected language code in your browser’s local storage under the key kolorshift-language. This preference restores your language on a later visit; it is not used to create an advertising profile.

The preference remains until it is replaced or you clear the website’s data in your browser. Change language from the menu or remove the local data in your browser settings. The lang parameter in a link can select another language for the visit.

Connections and technical logs

As with any website, requesting a page sends the server the information needed to deliver it, including an IP address, request time, requested address and browser information. The final hosting log configuration has not yet been specified.

Technical data supports page delivery, incident diagnosis and site protection on the basis of legitimate interests. Retention depends on technical need and the host’s logging settings, which must be confirmed before public deployment.

Planned hosting and recipients

The planned public host is Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland. The local presentation version does not establish that this deployment has already happened. The publisher and authorised technical providers access necessary data only for the purposes described here.

Switzerland benefits from a European adequacy decision for personal-data transfers. This does not remove the need to check the hosting agreement, any subprocessors and the configuration actually used before publication.

Photographs in the app

In Kolorshift, photographs and their processing stay on the phone: images are not sent to a server to apply a film look or effect. The original is kept separately from the edited copy.

Camera and photo-library access are requested when needed. Manage these permissions in your phone settings. A copy saved to Photos or Google Photos follows the synchronisation and backup settings you choose in those services.

Keeping and deleting images

My photos lets you find and delete images stored by the app, with confirmation for the relevant deletion actions. Deleting an image in Kolorshift does not remove copies already saved to the phone’s photo library.

Photographs and adjustments remain in the app’s storage for as long as you keep them. Clearing app data or uninstalling the app can remove local files: export the images you want to keep and check your backups.

Stores and Pro access management

Planned purchases use the Apple or Google stores and RevenueCat to verify access rights. This process may handle transaction information and an anonymous user identifier; it does not receive your photographs or editing adjustments.

The website does not process purchases and does not receive payment-card information. Production products, providers and purchase-related retention periods must be confirmed before sales open. The stores’ and RevenueCat’s own privacy policies apply to their processing.

When you contact us

If you contact the publisher, your reply address and message are used to answer your request. Avoid sending a private photograph or identity document unless it is necessary.

Messages are kept while handling your request, then only as long as follow-up, legal claims or a legal obligation justifies. General questions rely on legitimate interests; pre-contract requests are handled to respond to them. Messages are not reused for marketing without an appropriate basis.

Your rights and choices

Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your data, object to certain processing and request portability where that right applies. Consent can be withdrawn for the future when processing relies on it.

Write to contact@kolorshift.app and explain your request. A proportionate identity check may be needed. You can also complain to the French data-protection authority, CNIL: https://www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes. You do not need to send your entire photo library or a full identity document with an initial request.

Changes to this policy

Any new collection, registration or tracking feature must be described here before activation. If a tracker requiring consent is introduced, it will not be enabled before your choice.

This policy will be updated if operations or providers change. New collection or consent-based tracking will not be added without the required information and choice. Version dated 27 October 2026.
