No purchases on this website
The website kolorshift.app presents an application published by Suivre sa santé. Browsing and using its demonstration creates no subscription or payment obligation. This information describes the planned offer; final terms must be provided before any sale.
The service
Kolorshift combines live film preview, capture, import and editing. Camera and RAW features depend on the phone and supported formats. The catalogue contains 46 active looks, including two independent, uncalibrated interpretations with stated limitations.
Free access and planned Pro offer
Gold 200, Ektachrome E100, Provia 100F and VISION3 500T are the four free looks. The planned Pro offer has two alternative options: €4.99 per month or €50 as a one-time payment. The final localised price, taxes and exact content will be displayed by the store before confirmation. The publisher states: VAT not applicable.
Store orders and payment
Once available, purchases will use the relevant Apple or Google store. The transaction seller, payment methods and applicable terms will be shown before confirmation. The website does not receive bank details. No real purchase availability, cross-store access or opening date is announced here.
Subscription and one-time payment
Subscription renewal and cancellation will follow the information shown by the store. Uninstalling the application does not cancel a subscription. The planned one-time payment avoids monthly renewal for the Pro access purchased; its scope and availability terms must be specified before purchase.
Access, restoration and updates
Purchase restoration uses the relevant store account and mechanisms. Technical requirements and limits will be provided before sale. Updates and guarantees required by digital-content and service law remain applicable; no invented support period is promised.
Withdrawal and refunds
A digital purchase does not automatically remove withdrawal rights. Any exception for immediate performance must meet legal conditions, including the required agreements and information. Request procedures and the store’s role must be explained before sale without reducing mandatory consumer rights.
Guarantees and assistance
Legal guarantees, including those for digital content and services, are not excluded. For help, contact contact@kolorshift.app with the phone, version and problem, without unnecessary private photographs. Exact terms for the service sold must be confirmed before launch.
Complaints and disputes
Complaints may be sent to contact@kolorshift.app. Before sales open, the identity and contact details of the actually appointed consumer mediator and final sale terms must be provided. No mediator or dispute scheme is invented here. French law applies subject to mandatory consumer protections.
